Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ISO Ready platform (cbms.asia) operated by PT. CBMS Asia Consulting (referred to as “we”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

“Service” means the ISO Ready IMS platform and all its modules, including ISO compliance management, Commercial Management, the Portfolio Control Tower, and IMS Academy. “Organization” or “tenant” means an entity that manages its own workspace on the platform. “Tenant Data” means all data uploaded or created by an organization within its workspace.

The Service helps organizations prepare and maintain an Integrated Management System — including controlled documents and acknowledgments, risk and aspect-impact registers, audit findings and corrective actions (CAPA), the SoA and controls register, the audit program and coverage matrix, KPIs and management review, business continuity, and the management of leads, proposals, contracts, invoices, consulting projects, and Academy training.

Feature development and fixes follow a documented change-control process. We may add, change, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.

Access to an organization workspace is granted by invitation. Organization owners and admins manage members and their roles. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been misused.

Tenant Data remains the property of each respective organization. We only process Tenant Data to provide, maintain, and secure the Service. Inter-organization isolation is enforced server-side, and members can only access their own organization's data.

We do not sell Tenant Data and do not use it to train third-party artificial intelligence models.

You must not:

• access another organization's data or attempt to bypass access controls, tenant separation, or other security mechanisms;
• upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or that you are not entitled to upload;
• send spam through public forms, share links, or communication features;
• copy, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Service without written permission; and
• use the Service for activities contrary to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Assessment results, readiness estimates, and AI-assisted content on the platform are indicative only. This platform is not a certification body and does not issue ISO certifications. Certification decisions rest solely with independent accredited certification bodies.

“ISO” is a registered trademark of the International Organization for Standardization, which does not certify organizations or issue certifications of its own. Training certificates issued through IMS Academy are records of training attendance and completion, not professional auditor qualifications and not management system certifications.

Authorized users may share proposals, invoices, contracts, training certificates, and test sheets through tokenized links. You are responsible for ensuring the share recipients are entitled to view the shared content. Links can be revoked at any time through the platform.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, including scheduled maintenance communicated in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain features are available through paid subscriptions according to the plan chosen by the organization. Subscription fees are stated before purchase, including applicable taxes. Billing follows the chosen subscription cycle, and an active subscription continues until cancelled through the subscription page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim does not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms after a reasonable opportunity to clarify. When a subscription ends, you may request an export of your Tenant Data in a reasonable format before the data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first resolved through deliberation and, failing agreement, by the competent courts of South Jakarta.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or regulations. Significant changes are announced at least 14 days before taking effect. Using the Service after the effective date means you accept the latest version.
